Description, objectives and fields of researches of RC/RW: Investigation of wettability at high-temperature by sessile drop method in molten salt/carbon and molten salt/molten metal/carbon systems. Preparation of carbon fiber reinforced aluminium matrix composites under molten salt mixtures. The influence of the composition of the molten salt mixtures was examined on the wettability between carbon fibers and the molten aluminium. Modelling thermophysical properties and bulk/interfacial thermodynamic properties of metals and alloys and different metal/ceramic systems. Nanotechnology and nanophenomena.
