What is Talent Speed Dating?
This is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
The purpose of this day is to meet in person with our experts, get to know each other in the hope to establish a possible partnerships.
During the day you and our team members will have 15 minutes to meet and talk with Developers, UX Designers, Agile Managers, Innovation Managers, all kinds of digital experts and get to know us and the Foundation a little better.
You will also have a chance to ask your questions in person or during the online Q&A session.

Get to know our team:
Chief Advisor to the Chairman and Member of the Executive Body at Magyar Bankholding
Experienced Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the Digital Banking industry. Strong entrepreneurship professional skilled in Digital Transformation, Retail Banking, Financial Software Business and EdTech. Balázs as an internationally recognized expert in digital banking joined the team of Hungarian Bankholding Ltd. as Chief Advisor to the Chairman this summer. He is responsible for the digital transformation of Budapest Bank, MKB Bank and TakarékBank.
Growth and Innovation Lead, Foundation
Zoltan started his career in economic journalism, before founding his own media start-up in 2011, which completed a successful financing round under his management. He founded and managed a startup accelerator program which developed more than 200 startups overall. He created and managed corporate innovation programs for clients from various sectors (financial, FMCG, manufacturing and defense industry). Currently he is the Head of Innovation at MKB Fintechlab. Additionally, he teaches entrepreneurship at Budapest Business School and Lead Mentor at Mathias Corvinus Collegium.
Digital Transformation Manager, Foundation
Dorka Radics is currently working on digital transformation at MKB Bank. She has experience in design thinking, remote workshopping and supporting agile teams in various organizations. Her passion is making teams work and believes in the person and mindset behind the methodologies.
Senior Innovation Manager, Foundation
Erzsébet is a Senior Innovation Manager at MKB Fintechlab since 2019. She played an active role in setting up the Partnership Program, which focuses on finding, validating and implementing technology solutions for MKB Bank. She has a broad knowledge of PSD2 and open banking solutions. She’s passionate about innovation, skilled in creating new ecosystems, and loves to build synergy between people by various systems.
VP Of Engineering at Bitrise, Co-Founder at CraftHub
Gergely likes putting together and optimizing systems and learning and discovering new connections. He's done this as well as a developer (e.g., for the world’s 30th busiest website or the largest live stream service) and has been doing so for some time as a leader. Continuous improvement is important to him, and to create an environment where everyone has room to grow and fulfill their potential. He used to be the VPoE at Ustream and until recently he leads the development in the same role at Bitrise. Currently he’s also helping MBH to build a successful product engineering organization. He’s working to make both the development teams and the whole company a real learning organization. He also organizes conferences like Craft and Stretch. As a meta goal, He’d like to participate in creating an organization, where everybody is a leader, as leadership for him means trying to inspire others for a better outcome.
Tech Lead, Foundation
Robert has been building digital products for 14 years. He worked in content marketing, Healthtech, content marketing and insurance. Products cannot be built alone, to build them you'll need people in the Foundation. He isn't just forming technology but the organization and enabling us to grow and do something awesome together.
