The 2014-H-index of the University (= 55)

The 2014-H-index of the University of Miskolc is the number of papers published by the employees of the University of Miskolc and its predecessors, which received at least the same number of citations according to Google Scholar by the end of year 2014. Only scientific publications, such as monographs and journal papers are taken into account. For works published after 1980 it is required that the University is mentioned at least as one of the affiliations of at least one of the co-authors. The following predecessors of the University of Miskolc were taken into account:
1735 – 1762: Bergshule in Selmec,
1762 – 1867: Bergakademia in Selmec,
1876 – 1920: Royal Hungarian Academy of Mining and Forestry in Selmec
1920 – 1949: Faculty of Mining, Metallurgy and Forestry in Sopron,
1949 – 1990: University on Heavy Industry in Miskolc. ’

In the following table those 55 monographs and journal papers are listed, which received each at least 55 citations by the end of year 2014 according to Google Scholar, under the above mentioned conditions. In the last column of the table the number of citations are given. The names of the employees of the University of Miskolc and its predecessors are marked by bold. Other co-authors are written by normal script.
