International Student State Representative for Recruitment 2023/2024 (ISSRR)
As part of the internationalisation process, the University of Miskolc (UM) aims to increase the number of its international full-degree students. UM international students can apply for the ISSRR position. Following a short training programme ISSRR members strive to make UM known in their home country by contacting the relevant stakeholders in their countries like former universities, friends and personal networks to promote the English language degree programmes, the academic and research potential of UM in order to recruit international students from the given region. While doing so they officially represent UM towards third parties.
