INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON CRIMINAL LAW PROTECTION OF EU’S FINANCIAL INTERESTS

A full-day online workshop organised by the University of Heidelberg and University of Miskolc Faculty of Law (Research Centre of European and International Criminal Law) focused on questions of the external, internal and criminal investigation of criminal offences affecting the financial interests of the European Union (fraud, corruption, money laundering and other illegal activities against the financial interests of the EU).

 

 

 

The November event was organised as part of an EU project, HERCULE III, which aims to carry out complex, practice-oriented comparative research with criminal law protection expert groups from eight countries (Germany, Austria, Poland, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Romania and Hungary).
