My adventure at the University of Miskolc is the most exciting experience in my life. International Student Unions are well prepared to support students to overcome their problems and show the ways how they can enjoy their time. Despite the challenging environment of being a foreign student, with a warm welcome and kind support from the University of Miskolc, I feel like I am at home

When did you start your studies here and why did you choose the University of Miskolc?

Since 2019, I have been part of the community of the University of Miskolc. I belong to a special privileged group who had the chance to study at the University of Miskolc in two different faculties. I completed my master studies in the Central European Studies program offered by the Faculty of Arts as a Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship holder and after that, I have been accepted to the PhD program in Law at the Deak Ferenc Doctoral School of Law. I am contributing to the internationalization of the University of Miskolc as an international student mentor (HÖOK), International Student Ambassador of the Faculty of Arts, and International Student Faculty Coordinator of the Faculty of Law since 2020.

What is the most exciting thing about studying in Miskolc?

The variety of the backgrounds of the academic staff of the faculty allows and encourages us in various ways. My adventure at the University of Miskolc is the most exciting experience in my life.
International Student Unions (HÖOK and IRO) are well prepared to support students to overcome their problems and show the ways how they can enjoy their time. Despite the challenging environment of being a foreign student, with a warm welcome and kind support from the University of Miskolc, Hungary became my second home.

Do you have any recommendations for future students?
Studying law and being a legal expert sound absolutely fancy from the outside but very painful from the inside. But with the kind support of both academic and administrative staff of the Faculty of Law at the University of Miskolc, students will overcome all the challenges and become unique legal scientists in their field.

What is your mission as an international student ambassador?

The University of Miskolc is full of passionate and active students who came from all over the world. Meeting new international students with the help and support of the International Relations Office offers an enormous experience regarding practicing teamwork skills. All students who are ready to make a commitment and play a role in the forthcoming events of the university have a seat on the table. I am delighted to be a part of this community.
