SHORT DESCRIPTION: The aim of the training is to train lawyers who, based on their existing theoretical and practical legal knowledge, know the European and international business and economic legislation, understand the mechanism of operation of European Union law, and know the complex legal regulation of economic processes outside European integration. They recognize which regulators can be used in specific, internationally relevant economic contexts and have English language knowledge and skills that can be used as a working language. They are prepared to continue their studies in the framework of doctoral training.

SPECIALIZATIONS: The training is in English.

Main topics - subjects:
- basic knowledge of European Union law and international business law;

- European and international business law expertise (European Union internal market, procedural law of the European Court of Justice, EU, international and national regulation of private international law, European and international contract law regulators, operation of multinational companies, international trade arbitration, protection of intellectual property regulation);

- areas of European Union law relevant to business law (consumer law, company law, social law, competition law in areas related to transnational commercial transactions (international payment transactions, freight transport)).

CAREER PROSPECTS: It is considered to be the training of legal practitioners and recent graduates who, based on their existing theoretical and practical legal knowledge, can gain further knowledge of the mechanism of operation of EU law and the complex legal regulation of economic processes outside European integration. With the help of the degree, they can be successful in the labour market in Hungary and in Europe as well.
