I took on this leadership role because I wanted to help the chapter grow by inspiring others, fostering teamwork, and driving positive change. Recognizing the potential for improvement and knowing I could support and guide my peers motivated me to step up.

What are your most proud professional achievements so far?

Back-to-back achievement of company-wide employee recognition for two years for providing the highest team performance and facilitating knowledge sharing within Budapest and global cross-country affiliates.

Looking ahead, what are some goals or milestones you hope to achieve in the next phase of your career?

As I move forward in my career, I want to continue strengthening my leadership abilities and taking on more significant responsibilities. My focus is on building valuable connections, contributing to impactful projects, and constantly pushing myself to grow. I also hope to mentor others, deepen my expertise, and work toward long-term success in my field.
