Definition of the main terms used in the Policy

Processing
  • means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Personal data
  • means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. 
Data subject
  • natural persons identified or identifiable on the basis of any information in relation to whom the Controller processes personal data relating to them. 
Visitor
  • a natural person who visits the Website. 

Definition, purpose and types of Cookies

Cookies are small text files, often uniquely identified, which are sent by the web server to the Visitor’s browser if it is able to receive them or if they are not disabled. They store information about the Visitor, the operation of the Website, or the relationship between the Visitor and the web server. 

Cookies are used to make the Website work more efficiently and are not used to obtain personal information. 

We use cookies for the following purposes
  • to collect information about how the Visitor uses the Website, which parts of the Website the Visitor visits or uses most 
  • to improve the Website 
  • to facilitate the Visitor’s navigation of the Website 

Session cookies that are strictly necessary

These cookies are necessary to allow Visitors to browse the Website, use its features, such as remembering the actions taken by the Visitor on the pages while visiting the Website; without these cookies we cannot guarantee the Visitors the use of the Website. The validity period of these cookies is limited to the current visit of the Visitor, at the end of the session or when the browser is closed, these types of cookies are automatically deleted from the computer. 

Convenience cookies that help use

They help you to navigate the Website, remember the Visitor’s actions on the Website, recognise the Visitor when he logs in to the Website, but do not store any personal data about the Visitor or any data that could be used for marketing purposes. 

They remain on the Visitor’s device for a limited period of time and are activated each time the Visitor visits the Website. 

Performance cookies 

We use Google Analytics cookies to collect information about how Visitors use the Website, such as which pages the Visitor has visited, which parts of the Website the Visitor has clicked on. 

These cookies cannot identify the Visitor personally, but only partially record the IP address currently used. 

They do not collect any personally identifiable information about the Visitor, all data is collected anonymously and is used solely to improve the performance of the Website.

Delete, check and disable cookies
