Accommodation is allocated according to the University’s accommodation policy and the availability of places.
The allocated accommodation place must be occupied by the applicable arrival deadline communicated by the University. Failure to arrive by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the accommodation allocation.
Accommodation may only be occupied after the relevant accommodation agreement has been signed. The detailed terms and conditions, including the rights and obligations of the parties, are set out in the accommodation agreement.

A partial refund of the accommodation fee may be granted in the documented exceptional cases specified in the University’s Refund Policy. In such cases, 50% of the accommodation fee is retained as a reservation fee.
A full refund may be granted in documented exceptional cases, including visa refusal for reasons beyond the applicant’s control, a serious medical condition or the death of a close family member.
Certain accommodation payments are non-refundable in accordance with the University’s accommodation regulations.
No refund can be applied for if the allocated accommodation place is occupied or if the accommodation agreement is signed.
