The meeting was a continuation of informal discussions held last year. Based on insights gained during their December 2024 visit to Hungary, the South Korean experts expressed strong interest in participating in collaborative projects aligned with Miskolc’s sustainability, mobility, and climate protection goals, within the framework of Horizon Europe or other research and innovation initiatives. They also aim to introduce to the leadership of Miskolc a South Korean-developed hydrogen fuel cell electric bus, which could contribute to advancing environmentally friendly public transportation in the city.
