Under the title “Green Compliance – Zöld megfelelés,” the University of Miskolc’s Faculty of Law and Political Sciences / Central European Academy, together with Heidelberg University, is organizing an international conference on environmental and climate protection from a criminal law perspective, supported by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
At the event, domestic and international experts will present lectures on green compliance, ESG, and current issues related to criminal law compliance in climate and environmental protection, with a focus on the systematization of corporate criminal liability.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format, with presentations delivered in English or German (accompanied by Hungarian summaries).

The event is public and free, but prior registration is required, which can be done until 15 June 2025, at the latest.
