Prof. Dr. Csilla Csák, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Miskolc, was awarded the “For Our Environment” commemorative plaque in recognition of her work in the field of environmental law.
The award, granted for exemplary work in awareness-raising, practical environmental solutions, and community leadership, was presented by the Ministry of Energy in connection with World Environment Day. The award ceremony, held on 5 June, was attended by Anikó Raisz, State Secretary for Environmental Affairs at the Ministry of Energy, and Gyula Bándi, Deputy Ombudsman for Fundamental Rights.
Prof. Dr. Csilla Csák, Dean of the University of Miskolc, “has been researching the institutional framework of environmental law and sustainability for decades. Through her teaching and academic work, she has educated generations in the spirit of environmental responsibility and has played an outstanding role in advancing the legal enforcement of sustainability principles,” stated the official commendation presented during the award ceremony.
