The Japanese Embassy is organizing a mini-festival offering cultural and gastronomic experiences at the University of Miskolc.
On Friday, February 27, starting at 11 a.m., the Japanese Culture Day program at the Miskolc University Library will feature an authentic Japanese tea ceremony, misodama-making, and a Japanese language workshop. During the 30-minute mini-gastronomy lesson, participants can learn greetings to be used before and after meals, as well as Japanese expressions related to the taste of food.
Active participants can register in advance for the 30-minute workshops using the registration form. Participants will be assigned based on the time of registration, but the program can also be exciting to watch.
The Japanese Culture Day will conclude with a feature film screening.
Hungarian interpreters will be provided at the event, so communication and dialogue will not be a problem.
