The International Conference on Earth Sciences and Engineering will be held for the third time on May 21–22 at the University of Miskolc to showcase research and innovation in the fields of applied earth sciences and engineering. Applications are welcome from students, researchers, professionals, and research groups from all over the world; the deadline for speaker submissions is May 18.
The International Student Alumni Network (ISAN), the Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Miskolc (MFK), the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE), the Miskolc student chapter of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), and the Miskolc Regional Earth Sciences Working Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA–MAB) are jointly announcing the 3rd International Earth Sciences and Engineering Conference. Attendance at the event is free for all interested parties.
The conference covers applied geophysics, petroleum geosciences and engineering, geology and mineral resource exploration, mining engineering technologies, waste and mineral processing related to the circular economy, geography, geoinformatics and remote sensing, water and environmental sciences, as well as geoscientific applications of data science and machine learning.
The deadline for abstract submission and registration is Monday, May 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
