The University of Miskolc has announced a supplementary admissions round for its doctoral (PhD) programs for the 2026/2027 academic year. Applications are being accepted for the Hungarian-language programs offered by the university’s doctoral schools. The application deadline is August 7, 2026.
Admission to the doctoral program is primarily open to applicants who hold a master’s degree (MSc) or an equivalent university degree; however, under certain conditions, the program is also open to students enrolled in a master’s program or an integrated bachelor’s-master’s program, as well as to those who undertake doctoral studies concurrently with their master’s program.
The program is available through state-funded scholarships, self-funded enrollment, as well as through cooperative and research excellence doctoral programs.
Application deadline: August 7, 2026.
