The question “What should we do with AI in engineering education?” is explored at the Innovation in Engineering Education (IEE) international conference, organized in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Debrecen and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Information Technology of the University of Miskolc, will be held at the University of Miskolc on February 5-6, 2026.
The goals of the IEE 2026 Conference are to provide a platform for interdisciplinary cooperation, networking, and sharing innovative practices in research, teaching, learning, and assessment, to exchange knowledge on innovative teaching and learning practices, exploring interdisciplinary cooperation across engineering, data science, and AI, discussing the competencies and environments needed for future engineers, and building international networks for education and research.
