In cross-semester training, the Faculties of Materials and Chemical Engineering, Economics, Mechanical Engineering and Information Technology, and Technical Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Miskolc offer exclusively master’s programs, both with state scholarships and self-funded. Applications can be submitted for one month starting in mid-October.
Applicants can submit their applications using the E-admission service available on the website, which requires registration with Ügyfélkapu+ / Digital Citizenship.
In the mid-year admission process, applicants can select up to six places, three of which are free of charge (however, state-funded and self-funded places at the same institution and on the same course count as one place if the level of education, work schedule, language of instruction, and location are the same, with only the form of financing differing).
When applying, existing copies of certificates and other documents must be uploaded to the E-felvételi system at the same time as the application, while documents obtained after the application deadline can be submitted during the administrative period beginning in December.
The minimum admission scores are expected to be announced at the end of January, so admitted students can begin their studies in February 2026.
