In the 2025/2026 academic year, nearly 150 international students from around 50 different countries are expected to graduate from the University of Miskolc.
The Farewell Reception is a special tradition and an important event for our university. Based on the experiences of previous years, it has become one of our most successful and heartfelt international gatherings, offering graduating students a final opportunity to say goodbye to university leaders, professors, classmates, and the friends they made during their studies.
However, the years spent at the University of Miskolc are about much more than academic achievement. As our student Michel Khalil from Syria expressed:
